The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)’s Friday night Jazz Concerts continue tomorrow night featuring Larry Nash & the Jazz Symphonics.
From the LACMA website:
Renowned pianist Larry Nash is joined by saxophonist Rickey Woodard and trumpeter Dr. Bobby Rodriguez, along with an all-star rhythm section. For over four decades, Nash has been performing and recording with such artists as Eddie Harris, Joni Mitchell, Tom Scott, Etta James, and Bill Withers.
Jazz at LACMA starts every Friday night at 6pm in the BP Grand Pavilion. Tickets are free, and don’t require any reservations. Parking is available underneath LACMA or across the street (and that might cost you a little bit).
Food options, including Haute Dogs (Sausages) or Tacos (bring the Tacos back!), Sangria, Beer and other adult beverages (and non-adult beverages) will be on sale. Ray and Stark Bar will be open as well, as well as the many food trucks along Wilshire Avenue. You can also bring your own picnic, as well as your own chair or blankets.
