Is It Any Good?

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)’s Friday night Jazz Concerts continue tomorrow night featuring Jacques Lesure Quartet.

From the LACMA website:

Veteran guitarist Jacques Lesure has played all over the United States and abroad. He brings his sound to Jazz at LACMA. He has performed with many of today’s musical greats, including Kenny Burrell, Wynton Marsalis, George Benson, Les McCann, Carmen Lundy and many others. Lesure has also collaborated in the creation of and performed in a variety of stage plays, movie scores and special projects made for television.

Jazz at LACMA starts every Friday night at 6pm in the BP Grand Pavilion. Tickets are free, no reservations required, but the earlier you show up the better. Parking is available underneath LACMA or across the street (and that might cost you a little bit).

Food options, including Haute Dogs (Sausages) or Tacos (bring the Tacos back!), Sangria, Beer and other adult beverages (and non-adult beverages) will be on sale. Ray and Stark Bar will be open as well, as well as the many food trucks along Wilshire Avenue. You can also bring your own picnic, as well as your own chair or blankets.
