Just read this on the LACMA site about CicLAvia:

CicLAvia’s Iconic Wilshire Boulevard route connects downtown Los Angeles to LACMA with an all-day biking and walking event featuring performers, activities, food trucks, and more—all on Wilshire Boulevard. Along the route, be sure to stop by LACMA’s satellite program at Charles White Elementary School and make your mark by contributing to a collective painting on the side of a mobile truck!

Route Closures
Please note that Wilshire Boulevard will be closed 6 am–5 pm. The closest streets surrounding LACMA that will be open are Fairfax Avenue, La Brea Avenue, 6th Street, and Olympic Boulevard.

Take Metro
Due to street closures and heavy traffic, we recommend that you take the bus to LACMA. Metro 20 and 720 on Wilshire, and 217, 218, and 780 on Fairfax all stop within a convenient half block of the museum.

There’s more at the LACMA Website, including parking information. Just do yourself a favor if you’re headed down there this weekend, click on the link and give it a read.
