I like this site for the ability to interact with photographers of all levels from all around the world. And teh best part... Its free! I mean amazing tips and forums. That's great for me
What's good: It's free
What's bad: uploader doesn't work perfectly on my pc

I've been using flickr for a few years, and I love it!
I have the pro version, which lets me have access to more than the 'normal' version.
I especially like the organizr app that allows easy manipulation of loads of images.
